Morning @Shaz51 @Faith-and-Hope @Former-Member @Determined @soul @outlander and everyone else i may have missed.

@soul - life has generally been good. Went down south with my.partner over weekend which was nice. Found out neither of us are good at expressing our feelings...what a pair. The talk was going in right direction but it has left me with the anxiousness of him pulling away and essentially paranoia...silly right?

Im the worst carer @Faith-and-Hope i really am 😞
I had to go out and in that time my pop had a coughing fit and couldnt breathe and had to take himself to the drs.
I shouldve been here. This is my job and hes my priority.
He seemed fine this morning when i left. .ive been frantically trying to get him in to see a gp and just got off the phone to the 3rd one who luckily has an appointment at 230
But he wont listen to me. Im trying to talk to him and hes still going to go to his friends house.
I told him not to go but hes not listening to me
And now im stressing itll happen again and i wont be there yet again

We are only human @outlander. We can't be everywhere, all the time, so please don't be hard on yourself. These things happen. To put it in perspective, this could have happened while you were in the shower ..... does that mean you should never have a shower ? No. You do the best you can, and take the time to few grateful that he is okay .... because gratitude is good for the soul .... and continue taking the best care with him that you can ......
