Hi @Shaz51 I hope you manage get some sleep. Did you get up to much this Australia Day? Watched the tennis today and slept a lot. Been so exhausted lately. When I say sleep a lot I sleep and wake then go back sleep before finally dragging self outta bed midday. 

The sky works was cancelled here today as there was a plane crash into the river. The pilot and his wife died 😔

I still have it , it seems to have broken a little bit

went to the chemist yesterday  to get some cough medication , but he would not give me any because of my kidney -- he said to see the doctor first

but since then i have started to cough up some stuff,was going to go to the doctor today but now my nose is running so i don`t think i will go now

I have had the week off , did the dishes this morning, put the clothes away and now i am totally worn out

doing a lot of sweating ,

 that was very sad @Anony18, about that plane crash

Oh @Decadian yes about the carer`s burnout , @CherryBomb and @Former-Member are not suprise with what has happen in the last 2 weeks xx

looks like my flu has broken a little bit today , so i am not going to the doctor now

i don`t think they can do anything now

@Appleblossom - that was me on Oz day yesterday. Today it is back to work so had to get outta bed early.
