Managing thoughts of suicide & self-harm

Battles

Re: Battles

I'm sorry to hear that @Dreamy. It's hard. I'm there with you - sometimes it's hard to find the good amongst it all.

Re: Battles

@MissinTooth it's not just hard, it's impossible. I just want to go to bed and sleep.

Re: Battles

@Dreamy it might feel impossible, but you my friend are already doing it. You fight and you share your compassion and understanding with others here...myself included. I know I appreciate it.

Re: Battles

Thanks @MissinTooth. I'm really struggling at the moment and having a hard time trying to fight myself. Sorry.

Re: Battles

@Dreamy no need to be sorry. It's okay!

Re: Battles

@MissinTooth finally i get to sit on my bed but I'm being overrun by my thoughts.

Re: Battles

@Dreamy it's nice that you get to give your body some down time. But when we stop, that's when the thoughts seem to get the loudest. I know how that feels.

Re: Battles

@MissinTooth yeah it's hardly down time when you are having to fight yourself to just stay safe.

Re: Battles

@Dreamy I'm sorry that you have to go through that. I understand the feeling of fighting against yourself
