@tyme I've had 15 hours of sleep in the past 8 days, big danger zone area really. It's so draining and frustrating. I do everything I can to try to get a decent sleep but my body just doesn't allow me to. When I see my doctor on Monday next week I'm going to discuss the possibility of doing a sleep study but at home cos I can't leave Casper alone and my anxiety being in another place trying to sleep wouldn't exactly help the situation.

I am not wonderful this morning. Feeling super anxious. I'm at work and trying some strategies to calm and get through the day, but I've had one panic attack at home this morning.
