Hi appleblossom it's certainly a wonderful day out. I'm so lucky to have bought a house in such a beautiful location. Not too far from there.

I looked to buy over there and love it as an area .. but as my daughter was going to school Albert Park ... it was a little far for a daily commute ...
letting go of children for school camps can be hard ... I was never confortable with it but believe it is usually in best interests of children to let them go. I have heard all sorts of stories about camps from families too ...

Hi My Angel,
I am so sorry i have been a little busy this afternoon, i only just got access to email.
Well today was fantastic for me, i did some plastering, fitted a light for reading of a night when i can't sleep and bought a self-contained water feature for the loungeroom.
I am so glad she enjoyed the animal sanctuary, i hope you gave some food pellets to the deer, i used to love that when my parents used to take me to the animal sanctuary in QLD. Wow the whole day, you must be exhaused but content seeing all the beautiful animals.
Oh no Karen, i bet you where just as upset, it is so hard, i never managed the seperation from myp arents, even to this day i can't leave their side, i really hope your daughter manages tonight and has a fun time, it will make all the difference. I am sure if the teachers think she is not coping they will call you.
Karen i can totally understand why you are so over protective of them, considering the curcumstances, but you do need ot let them become independant, allow them to live their lives and grow into good responsible adults, you love them so much, they know that already and they also know you will do anythink for them. Karen as to your fear,, it is understandable, you have always had to be on guard, to make sure no harm came to them, this is something you will ahve to work on to allow them some freedom, you will nto always be able to protect them, when they are grown up they will amke mistakes and some successes. Just be their for them and make sure you just make it as safe as humanly possible for them.
Karen i was imagining you all day patting the animals and feeding them and trying to keep 20 bundles of energy together, i bet you are exhausted.

Hi Jacques another busy day is almost done.
My daughter went really well. She cried for 20 minutes in the bus on the way back to school but after that she was ok. She even managed to get some sleep. Her teacher slept next to her and was rubbing her back until she fell asleep.
Wow sounds like you had a really busy day. I'm sorry about the panic attacks. They are truly awful.
I ended up having 3 PRN at the animal sanctuary to get through the panic attacks.
I hope you are feeling better today Jacques.
Did you get some more work done on the house?
Thinking of you j

OMG Karen, it is so nice to hear you have had a busy day, i hope you got to enjoy some of it.
Oh the poor little thing, Wow what an amazing teacher, i wished i had that when i had to go away for my first camp, i may not have suffered seperation anxiety, i do hope you send a thank you card for the teacher concerned, he/she sounds amazing.
oh yes, i am so exhausted today, the panic attacks are still going on and i have been SH badly today to cope with them.
What a shame you had such bad panic attacks at the sanctuary, i am glad you got to enjoy the animals, sanctuaries are truly beautiful, i used to go to the curumbin animal sanctuary in QLD, i think i was 5-7 my parents took me their often, thet is one of my favourited memories of my childhood.
Karen you where in my thoughts all last night and today, i really missed talking with you.

Hi Jacques seems so long since I've spoken to you.
I'm concerned that you are having such bad panic attacks. I really wish you would speak to your doctor when you go. There are medications that may help with the panic attacks and sh.
How are you going tonight?
What are you up to.Jacques you have all the tools to help you with the panic attacks are you still using them? Or are you too exhausted?
I could remind you if needed:-)
