Good morning all ... @Zoe7 I've probably missed you but have a great day, @Bunniekins @Shaz51 @Adge @Appleblossom @CheerBear @Exoplanet @Sophia1 @BryanaCamp @frog @outlander @Faith-and-Hope @MDT and anyone else passing by today.
@Adge hope you got through the night without any fever and that your ab's kick in swiftly. Can you get your shopping ordered online and delivered? And lots of chemists will do home deliveries too.
Your morning walk sounds beautiful @Bunniekins .
@Sophia1 I noticed you popped up elsewhere. Hope you are doing well these days and have settled into your new home and recovered from that major surgery you had a while back.
Hope the morning is going well for all. I'm around for a while this morning as I have no plans for today.
My cold seems a little better so far today. Thanks all for the well wishes.
Major works in the yard again today. The concrete around the pool is being done. I should feel very lucky to have my family put the pool in, but mostly I'm just anxious about doing the maintenance and operating the huge filtration system while they are away for a month from mid April - it's getting closer now and the what-ifs are coming up often. I am also looking after the dog and very much hope nothing happens with him as I would need help to get him to a vet. Also monitoring myself closely because this sort of anxiety can be a hypomania trigger and that would be a real problem if it comes on between now and when they get back mid-May.
So I agree with you all about the weeks flying by lately. Hot cross buns have already been in the shops for a month! I like the symbolism of Easter (Eostre) especially the pagan view of it, but I cannot get into all the consumer hype. It seems we are now expected to all buy gifts for each other like at Christmas, not just eggs and chocolate bunnies. For anyone interested .....

........ I'm not saying I have definite beliefs either way, just find the whole discussion fascinating.
Thinking of you too @Mazarita and sending love and warm wishes your way.

Hi @CheerBear good to see you! I'm sure your garden will appreciate some of that extra energy you are feeling. I do agree about the magic of sharing Easter with kiddlets ... especially the hunt! We had fun a few years decorating real eggs too.
Hope you get through your domestic and administrivia chores today - I have some I could do too - it always feels so good when they are done.

Me three @CheerBear @eth
I spent 10 years going to Bunnings and other plant places.
@Bunniekins Wow your morning sounds great. I had a 1/2 walk with a group. One lady had a walker. We were all at different fitness levels, but it was still pleasant and worth it. Stopped and looked over a beautiful water hole with ducks. My area has often been the butt of jokes in the whole city, but it is getting better care and becoming a wonderful place to live.

Good afternoon @Appleblossom @eth @CheerBear @Bunniekins @Shaz51 and all passing through.
Bunnings is my absolute favourite place to visit and much like many of you I can get lost in there for ages. If it is not playing in the timber section it is in the garden section - and I can take Toby in with me so that makes it extra special 🐶🌴
Been a reasonable day today but glad to be home. Developed a headache this afternoon so resting up before I give Toby a bath. Then I will get dinner organised and chill out for the rest of the evening.
It seems like everyone has had a reasonable day. @eth I understand your fears while your brother is away - fingers crossed all goes well and you cope okay with the added few responsibilities.

Afternoon all
@Bunniekins love your pictures, like to imagine being in them, miss all that. Where I live is nowhere near any water or beautiful gardens and mountains, I have a very big back yard but it's all just dead grass and dirt.
Hate waking up each day now, sick of getting overdue bills and just trying to get through one day at a time with no mony. so angry with my older son for putting me in this situation and angry at myself for letting him do it. I just never learn.
Good to hear a lot of you have had a good day and easter is coming up to quick this time, not sure how it's going to be for my youngest.
