Back from being out at art group, another good one, as usual. Got very sweaty and sore-legged out walking in the heat and humidity. Probably hoofed it about 1.5-2km. Did some meditation after that and ended up falling asleep in the chair. I still think it's of benefit to do it, even when I fall asleep.
@Former-Member, the costs and impact of mental illness are great, it's true. I relate to lack of resilience as well. It's a hard road to travel.
@Former-Member, the system definitely needs improving, in so many ways, in my view. For a start I believe there should be some form of rent control in the open rental market, which is spiralling out of control and becoming so out of reach to too many people. And more housing in the 'affordable' and public housing sector. Though, like you say, there can be problems with public housing too.
@Shaz51, good after scotirish sister. Hope today is treating you well.
Good vibes to everyone for the rest of the day and evening.

@Shaz51 Poor Mr Shaz. Does he have to go into hospital for it or at a skin specialist?

I sometimes forget how far you have to travel for appointments, @Shaz51. I hope the news for your mum was okay. Will Mr Shaz's skin spot be tested after it is removed? Sending hugs and best wishes that all is well.
@Bunniekins, how's the day going for you so far?
