Good morning, @CheerBear, @eth, @Former-Member and everyone,
Eth, I crashed fast at my last post a few hours ago. It was good chatting. Hope you got some sleep since then too. ox
CB, society in general hurts my soul too. So helpful a medicine is the joy of those simple, small things you mentioned. I am very glad to have met you too, my friend. No worries with the formatting. Hope today holds smiles, giggles and laughs, for you and the fishes. ox
Niqua, how are things with you these past days? Thinking of you and streaming love. ox
Happy vibes to all for today.

Good evening, @Faith-and-Hope, @Former-Member, @eth, @CheerBear, @Former-Member, @Shaz51 and everyone, hope you have had some good moments during the daylight hours.
I've had a relaxation day, including sleeping until about 3pm (after being up all night), dressing, making the bed, doing some low key video stuff, watching a show on TV I've got into. The quality of today, feeling more relaxed and just letting myself go with the flow, is different to those days when I am so dark and heavy I can't move. Today has held much more healing feelings. I still worried about things today - I never seem to be free of worry - but not so heavily as on other days. Grateful for the feelings of relief.
I wonder how the day has been for others here. Sending hugs for any painful feelings that may have arisen and hopes for an enjoyable Sunday evening for us all.

Hi @Mazarita nice to hear you've caught up on relaxing time and sleep today.
Quiet one here with bro and sil away for the week. Spent a good amount of the day researching Greek myths to find an archetype to inspire a monologue for this week's lesson in the story writing course. Still haven't really settled on one tho' I do like Orpheus's tale. Any suggestions welcome if you're into that stuff. Did washing, raking and gardening in between times. Then spent at least 2 hours on the phone sharing writing and just raving with someone I've known since grade 2. We reunited only a few months ago and still have a special relationship that neither of us has with our blood sisters. That was great.
Looking forward to the same sort of things tomorrow as have no committments. Hoping to knock over some writing and also start the Office lessons I have a free one month trial of. I've had it for 12 days and still haven't started. If I can get on top of at least using Word to do my stories it will be really good. Easy to send copy to people etc.
How is your day looking tomorrow?

Hi @eth, it's been quite some time since I've thought about greek myths. Orpheus is a good one, though I find the fatalistic tragedy aspect depressing (a victim of his own weakness in yearning for his love, who he also condemns through this same weakness). Are there any that have happier endings? It probably mainly depends what you are personally exploring in your writing. I would associate you with the goddess Artemis.
Sounds like you had a relaxedly productive day, the best kind really. Awesome you connected with your old friend and had such a fantastic rave. Makes me happy that you have good connections in the really real.
With Word, it's a brilliant program. I used to be proficient with it when I worked in legal word processing. But the program has been upgraded and redesigned a lot since that time so I don't know how I would go with the modern version. When I do writing these days, I use that most basic program on the PC - Notepad. It is text-only, so any text program can read it. Works just as well but you don't get fancy formatting, it is just plain text.
Tomorrow I will try to get out on the beach. I'd want to do some washing. May visit friend tomorrow. There's a phone call I need to make about an event C and I are going to in a couple of weeks time (a night time forest walk). Shower day tomorrow too. I've been doing well with them over the past week, about once every two to three days. Feels much better. Really hoping to keep it up.

Thanks for the suggestion @Mazarita I'll check her out in the morning. I guess the happy endings don't fit in the autobiographical type of writing I'm doing. Much easier for me to base characters in tragedy - feels like most of my life has been.
Planning an early night tonight, maybe a bit of telly and offline time. And thanks for the reminder about notepad too. I've been slack about doing things this way as I'm old school in many ways and enjoy the scribing - but it's much harder to share, really not the way of now. I did medical and legal word processing too but it's a very long time ago. But I figure that should make it easier when I do get to it.
Good for you keeping up your shower routine. I'm top and tailing most days.
A night time forest walk sounds lovely.
