I've had about four hours sleep so far tonight. Feeling okay-groggy. How are you?

I'm pretty good thanks @Mazarita.  Still a bit funky from deep sleep.  Had two lots of 3 1/2 hrs since 7.30 pm yesterday so a better sleep than average but it's no wonder after my very early start yesterday.

Do you have any plans for today?

Nice one with the extra sleep, @eth. Today for me: sleep, washing, walking, phone call, shower, hopefully a friend visit. Maybe some video.

Sounds mostly similar to mine @Mazarita only no visiting and will write rather than video.  Will start researching soonish, starting with Artemis.

I don't know much about her except when I went to the National Wiccan conferenc near Darwin in 2005 or so she was the goddess I chose to honour when I was taught the Drawing Down the Moon ceremony.

I associate Artemis with being a strong woman of the earth and nature, @eth. I'm not really familiar with the whole mythology surrounding her. It will be interesting to see what you find.

She sounds like someone I'll like @Mazarita.  It's definitely an exercise I'm enjoying.  I read Homer's stories when quite young but don't remember much of them.  Then when I read one, all the former knowledge comes back!  Not handy enough!

I read Homer's The Odyssey and The Iliad many years ago too now, @eth. My good friend is a tarot reader and it's interesting that even some of the tarot cards can be associated with greek gods. For example, the queen of pentacles can be associated with Penelope, Odysseus's wife and queen.

Edit: middle of the night mind glitch... Penelope and Odysseus are not gods...
