A long rave

Re: A long rave

hi @Bunniekins well done for going on a walk, sounds super early! good luck at the vet, it's always a nice relief when it's over with. you always sound so cheeful, what's your secret? I will try to do a 5km walk today

hi @eth hope your cold continues to get better, what a nuisance. it's a shame you missed bridge but a wise move. I sympathise with the restlessness from having workers at your home, that is always stressful. hope the concreting goes smoothly, it's nice you havea pool!

hi @Zoe7 hope today's PD is a good experience for you, you seem to have such a keen intellect & bright mind I hope it's stimulating stuff, at least a bit of a break from the kids.

hi @CheerBear how are you and your kids today? hope all's well for you.

I'm struggling a bit today with weird feelings and not feeling very motivated but have submitted a job application so at least that's something. I'm just keeping applying and maybe something eventually will work out.

Re: A long rave

@BryanaCamp  Hi BryanaCamp and thanks for the compliment. I suppose I am really happy to have come across this site. It makes me happy to talk with all the formites here. Even when I am feeling down someone takes the time to talk with me and inturn makes me feel better 🙂

Re: A long rave

@Mazarita @BryanaCamp @eth @Zoe7 @CheerBear @Appleblossom @Exoplanet  @Adge and all guess what? my 83 year old neighbour goes walking at 5am every morning. When I told her today that I went she said do you want to walk together. I naturally said yes:)! I have a walking companion. I don't mind that I might have to slow down a bit will be nice to have someone to walk with 🙂

Re: A long rave

@Bunniekins  Its great you have company for your walk.  Hope she is lovely for you.

Is it a she?

I hate giving meds that are difficult.  Though I have been now pilling my cat daily for over a year, and now it is almost effortless and almost a moment of affection, as I wrap him in a towel, cuddle him and prepare him, except when I dont get it at the right angle down the back of his throat and he spits it out an we struggle.

Hop everyone has a good night

Re: A long rave

@eth So pleased you are feeling a little better today and I hope your cold continues to improve over the next few days. Hope also that you got the paperwork done you needed to. Smiley Happy

@Bunniekins Great news about your new walking buddy - the company will be nice Smiley Happy

@BryanaCamp Thank you for the kind words. The PD was good today - kept me somewhat interested the whole time and that doesn't often happen with PD. Another day of it tomorrow and then Wednesday off - no DBT and no appointments so I am very much looking forward to it.

Re: A long rave

congrats @Bunniekins on your neighbour, it's so nice it happened organically. i used to walk with a walking group (not at 5am mind you) and the company helped with motivation

great @Zoe7 glad it was interesting for you, it will be nice to have a free Wednesday this week for you, time for rest & relaxation

Re: A long rave

I am hoping it is a nice day and I can get the trailer loaded up and taken to the tip @BryanaCamp If I can at least get it loaded then I can take it on the weekend. I have to cut some branches off a tree first and need it to be a still and dry day to do that. It is extremely windy tonight and tomorrow is not supposed to be a nice day so fingers crossed Wednesday is.

Re: A long rave

@Appleblossom  Hi Appleblossom yes my neighbour is a she and she is a real card. She has a wickard sense of humour 🙂

Re: A long rave

Great @Bunniekins

Enjoy!

Re: A long rave

@eth @Adge  thinking of our two patients. How are you both going? Adge have all the staples come out? how are you going my friend? and eth how is your cold are you still snuffly? I hope the noise of the workmen isn't contributing to you feeling off colour. Wishing you both the best in your recovery . Love pea xxx
