Okay @Zoe7. I had posted a response to you on your other thread earlier this morning, which you may or may not have got to. I understand what you are going through, and hope you are able to continue to receive vital support through the Forum here, without risk of further triggers.
Please know I support you, and I hope that the new reality you are now learning to deal with, will soon become just another stepping stone on your road to recovery.
Stick to your safe zones and do what you need to do in order to help you get through this.

Toby is a four-legged friend - my little buddy, my shadow! He's a little white fluffy puppy-dog and he is never more than a metre away from me! I also have a cat - she 'tolerates' Toby and it is so much fun watching her 'rule' the house and put Toby in his place - very cute!!
They were definitely happy tears - you made my eyes rain and my heart sing
@Kurra Yep just tripped over a few too many rocks on that road the last few days and it is taking me a while to get back up lol
I have seen what @Faith-and-Hope has already done with her painting and it is absolutely beautiful already. I certainly have a completely different style so they won't look much alike but that is the great thing about Art.
The 3 series paintings are basically ones for me - the lost child you could say - I'll post a picture when I finally get around to those ones - still developing it in my mind.
@Former-MemberI did read your response you posted on the other thread (from the email) - that is why I tagged you to come over here so I could respond in a 'safer' environment. This Steeping Stone image @Faith-and-Hope and I am painting is becoming a 'forum image' - that is really cool!!
The support here @Former-Member is beyond any words at the moment. Not only have I had it ALL night but it continues this morning - I am absolutely floored by everyones support and encouragement.
