We need your help to break down workplace prejudice!

I dont know an exact word/statement,but whats bothersome is the notion and assumption that mental ilness means that person is incapable of effective and clear decision making abilities.

Eg:Court judges have been fired when its been found out they have a mental illness and it has been used against them to suggest they are then "not of sane mind" are not fit to be judges anymore.
