Not a problem @outlander . I'm just really sorry to hear a little of what was going on for you last night. Thank goodness you found a way through.
Certainly sounds like a good idea to try to get some sort of idea or commitment from your dental team. Surely if you explain your carers role and your need to make alternative arrangements for your pop in your absence, they should be able to give some surety. Especially when you will also need to make travel and accommodation bookings. Worth trying at any rate.
The handyman/gardener is a lovely middle aged fellow. Hard working and is willing and able to do just about anything related to home and garden maintenance. He got so much done. Its great. If I need anything more done, I would have no problem getting him back.
Thanks, yes I got some sleep last night, though disrupted. And I even got into town for my pilates class. I had added incentive to do so - needed bread, milk and a script for hubby. So I did that on my way in.
How did your day finish up? I read in todays Community Wrap about your commendation for one of your many supportive posts on the carers forum. Well done, it was a much deserved recognition of the support you provide to others here.

Very well done for getting the pencils out and commencing a sunflower. Such happy bright flowers ... a great choice. I hope you will post a pic online here or the art thread once you finish it @outlander .
I always find doing some drawing or other art to be very distracting. I become totally engrossed. Do you find that too?

Yes @outlander I dabble in a bit of art, mainly coloured pencils. Im not very good, but enjoy it anyway. If you have a look in my profile, there are a few pics amongst other photos, of my attempts at art.
Im very tired now and my night time meds have hit me. Making me dizzy. Best head to bed. Good night sweet pea.
