Have been up most of the night...again. my insomnia has been worse the past few weeks. Every 20 minutes im up but it feels like forever. Perhaps besides the nightmares which seems to be very often too it is an over active mind... when i was up this morning that was cause of a nightmare. 🙁
Ive been a little more dizzy then usual even when im laying down half asleep so its making it a little hard to sleep along with a sore back probably from tossing and turning but the aching is part of the reason i toss and turn 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️ i dont think sore teeth are contributing to these so will just keep an eye on them. If they dont settle in the coming days ill head to the gp.

my day is going ok, its quiet till tonight. just quite worried about my blood pressure reading and seems to be matching my symptoms im experiencing but with drs closed until late tonight when I can get a home dr not really sure what to do about it.

🙁 sounds like another curveball for you @outlander. It's a couple of hours since you posted. How are you going now?

I've had a good day thanks. I have only two here as one comes back later from a friend's house. I had a call from a school mum I've gotten to know much better over the last month. She's going through an unplanned pregnancy that she hasn't made a decision about yet and has few others to speak 'real' about it with, plus I know my way around this system now. She came over for a coffee today which she's done a few times lately. I like the real conversation we have and feel happy she felt able to reach out to me. I've really enjoyed getting to know her better. She's fun and funny.

Now on the countdown until school is back tomorrow 🎉😆
