A few dramas this morning held me up but all is ok now. I got everything on the list checked off besides mowing the backyard.
I didn't have to go to pre-admission at the hospital but i filled in a heap of papers and spoke more this evening to get confirmed times etc. Not having to go was both good and bad but im here settling in a hotel now
. Im really glad i made the decision to book 2 rooms. The rooms are next to each other but i still have my space and privacy as well.
There was one hiccup that made me abit upset but its been sorted now. It was starting to look like i wasnt going to be able to be dropped off or i was going to be dropped off 2 hours early because mums bf wanted to go to the city earlier, im also wont be getting picked up till they are good and ready either. Brings up a few emotions but id rather try and focus on the positives instead.
I really want them out now and can def see short term pain for a long term gain.
Im watching bride and predjudice with a cup of tea anf then heading for a shower. Im not allowed anything after 10pm and then only a small amount of water about 7am but nothing after that. Ill have another tea after my shower and thatll tide me over
🙂The nerves are starting to set in now though and i forgot how big the hospital actually is so its abit overwhelming too
I did however bring my crochet bracelet that i made that represents my forum friends and that helped me get through todays events and the 2 hr drive here.
How is everyone? I know its tough for you guys too. Never far from my thoughts.
