rough time

Re: rough time

Some really big things going on. Hard to distract.

Plus other things on top.

You know what it’s like. Everything piles on top of each other.

Gets too much.

Plus I really shouldn’t watch news. Triggers ptsd really bad.

I don’t want to say too much to trigger you. It’s ok.

I might have to go. Will check in later.

I feel like a bother. Sorry.

Its just me feeling vulnerable. Long story.

Been having flashbacks too.

💜💖

Re: rough time

@Former-Member you are most definitely not bothering me. I dont mind chatting to you at all
Everything does have a way of piling on top of each other makes it very hard to deal with. Have you still got some supports in place for yourself with all thats happening?
I dont want to overwhelm you so will sit here quietly with you unless you want to talk about anything ( can be a good distraction too) i can pick a topic of you like...

Re: rough time

Thanks @outlander 💖

No I don’t have any support.

I find life too hard.

I feel like hope has gone.

I don’t see any steps forward, just backwards.

No matter what I do.

Re: rough time

Everything I see and hear has a reminder. It’s too much. Every day.

Of traumas. Reminders.

So many stressors with d health.

Cant cope with it all

Re: rough time

I feel so silly saying anything.

Re: rough time

@Former-Member its not silly to me at all. It is such a hard position to be in and with no support would make it just that bit harder. Do you think you could speak to gp or old psych and see if you can see them for a little while even on a monthly basis. Your entitiled to have supports too. You dont have to go it alone loveley even though it feels very lonley in thar deep dark hole. Im here for you and your other friends here too. ❣

Re: rough time

GP and psych aren’t a support at all. Quite the opposite.

But thanks though @outlander

Now d is home and we are arguing really bad.

I might come back later.
