I'm alright hun. Pain is now reducing quite a bit. More uncomfortable than actual pain.

I seem to have come back up from my low funk earlier in the week. Getting back into my volunteer activities has certainly helped.

I'm waiting on the nurses to come to do my dressings today. Which means I can take a shower and wash my hair.

I hope your not in a lot of pain. I gather you're maybe not OK emotionally as your not talking about yourself. That's OK, just know I care and I'm here whenever you need. 💕💕💕💕

Just doing a few jobs here at the farm and about to head back down the coast.  Time flies when I'm  here.
