@outlander - you can't help everyone lil Sis in this forum. Some people reject you at every turn. I've been trying to help someone in the forums lately (I wouldn't be surprised if the same one) and I got nowhere at all. My words had no impact at all. So although I still interact with them, I've stopped helping. Some people can't be helped unless they reach out. And unfortunately that leads to adverse consequences which we cannot be responsible for.

I'm not sure why you say you lack judgement. You don't know these people nor control their behaviours. And it seems to me that they could lessons in being polite and inclusive. And really the facilitator should have more control of the group. I don't see how you've failed either, as you tried your very best to interact. It's their fault, not yours.

I guess so sis. I get where your coming from in all of what your saying. It juat feels all really hard and makes me feel more alone eap the group. @Sans911 next week will be my last week there. Its not helping me so prob best i leave.
Will you sit with me for abit. As you said sometimes comfort works just as well as advice too.i find you are comforting Maybe we could try that relaxation exercise you had in mind but im in a dark room so might be a little limiting.....
