This is yesterday's list. It might not happen again, so definitely celebrating.
15 mins on iwalk, a first for me.
Spread pea straw under trees in back yard, it's been sitting in a bale for months.
visit from neighbour and coffee.
2 other coffees during the day and frozen yoghurt.

Brilliant effort @Maggie. 15 minutes on the iwalk is a great achievement to celebrate on its own. And then add in the rest of your day. WOW!!!
Worth celebrating for sure.

Hi @utopia, @Maggie, @BlueBay and everyone,
Today:
A big day by my standards, a good one, though I've felt uncomfortably hyper all day. Also, I'm not telling you about yesterday. Or that I cancelled medical appointment on Monday and friend get-together on Tuesday, so I could sleep.

I tend to list every small thing I do, @BlueBay, so it looks more than it is in some ways. I have come from a place where I was hardly getting out of bed for years, and still have lots of days like that. Celebrating everything I do, even if small, seems to help with my motivation overall.
