Celebrate Today

Re: Celebrate Today

This is yesterday's list. It might not happen again, so definitely celebrating.

15 mins on iwalk, a first for me.

Spread pea straw under trees in back yard, it's been sitting in a bale for months.

visit from neighbour and coffee.

2 other coffees during the day and frozen yoghurt.

Re: Celebrate Today

Brilliant effort @Maggie. 15 minutes on the iwalk is a great achievement to celebrate on its own. And then add in the rest of your day. WOW!!!

Worth celebrating for sure.

Re: Celebrate Today

Great effort @Maggie

Re: Celebrate Today

Yesterday I achieved

worked for 4 hours

load of washing

and the best one @utopia you'll love this one - I DIDNT ring my doctor. First time I got through a day without calling him!!!

Re: Celebrate Today

Now that is worth celebrating @BlueBay. Well done.

Re: Celebrate Today

Hi @utopia@Maggie@BlueBay and everyone,

Today:

  • good long night sleep with only a few short wake-breaks
  • got up, breakfast, meds
  • forum
  • ring friend and organise get-together in afternoon
  • make bed
  • shower and dress
  • bussed it to local village shops about midday
  • went into Lifeline and Vinnies but bought nothing
  • went to art group
  • chemist to get prescription
  • bussed it to my friend's place
  • coffee and chat and on our devices together (lol)
  • walk to bus stop
  • take last bus home
  • change into dry warm clothes (pouring rain at end of journey)
  • make and eat my dinner (leftover lamb sandwich)
  • meds
  • stack and turn on dishwasher
  • a bit of video
  • forum

A big day by my standards, a good one, though I've felt uncomfortably hyper all day. Also, I'm not telling you about yesterday. Or that I cancelled medical appointment on Monday and friend get-together on Tuesday, so I could sleep.

Re: Celebrate Today

That's a huge day @Mazarita

good on you 😊

BB xx

Re: Celebrate Today

I tend to list every small thing I do, @BlueBay, so it looks more than it is in some ways. I have come from a place where I was hardly getting out of bed for years, and still have lots of days like that. Celebrating everything I do, even if small, seems to help with my motivation overall. Smiley Happy

Re: Celebrate Today

Sounds like a very good day @Mazarita' don't worry about Monday or Tuesday. Today we celebrate!!
