@utopia@Mazarita@BlueBay You are all doing famously in my view. Last few days for me have been a write off, but I did finish one cross stitch, it's been on the go for months, it's done. I think I'm back in the land of the living, the rest of the day will prove me right or wrong. Coffee today + 1, and I'm up.
@Teej Hope you are okish.

A finished cross stitch is definitely worth celebrating @Maggie.
And I'll bet you did other things too. Maybe brushed your teeth or hair. Cooked or ate food. Got dressed. Collected the mail or junk mail from letterbox.
Any little thing is worth celebrating just as much as the big things. That's why sometimes for me, it's simply celebrating that I remembered to take my meds.

@utopia, how long have you been without sleep? That sounds alarming. I know though that when I do more than usual (wouldn't be hard), I often get really buzzy and nervy with my energy too. Makes it hard to sustain every day. I hope one day I can do several things in a day and remain calm about it.
@Maggie, I too think it's worth celebrating that you finished a cross stitch. I too would like to see you listing out all the other things you do that you overlook, so we can celebrate those with you too.
@BlueBay, hope you have a good day too.

I just got 3 hours sleep @Mazarita. & feel good. I'm struggling with sleeping at night at the moment. If I manage to fall asleep before midnight, I'm wide awake again by 2am.
Psychologist thinks I should take a supplement to restore day time and night time balance. Can't remember what it's called, but it's the natural chemical that determines night and day.

I know which supplement you are talking about, @utopia. I didn't have any real benefit from it, but I think my sleep disorder is a lot more long lasting and extreme than yours. This is the first time I think I've heard you talking about trouble with sleep. But maybe that's just cause we don't cross paths all the time. Either way, I hope the supplement works for you. It was the first line of sleep treatment my psychiatrist suggested too.
