Re: Living with Ourselves

That’s good you had a visit with your son @Sophia1

Yes, a day at a time is plenty to think about, that’s for sure.

I don’t have support from medical people. Changed GP recently. They can only offer medications, which I can’t take. I Just take sleep meds.

Ive seen many psychologists. They haven’t helped at all.  No understanding.

I have learnt to try and cope on my own.

Today I am too tired to do anything, but should really food shop.

All the best with your appointment and therapy at the pool.

Re: Living with Ourselves

Thank you for tagging me @Sophia1 I had a nice time with my mum although I always find it a bit of a stressful to be honest, I appreciate my time to myself ....  I am a very independent pea. That is why I like walking by myself and not with other people I need time for me lol. I am sure many of us are the same on here.

Yes another birthday over and done with for the year lol next is my exs which is a simple text thank god lol :P.  Lovely that you went to the movies with your younger son for his birthday. He will remember that. I remember my mother taking me to a variety of movies, musicals etc for my birthday. Haven't forgotten all these years later (Hair, Jesus Christ Super Star to name a couple).

I haven't gone back through the posts as yet but hope you are doing okish or better to be honest.  Lots of love gp xxxxx

Re: Living with Ourselves

Hello @Zoe7

How is your back today?

Have you been back to the same pool...I think that you said after some research that one would suit you the best...

I went this afternoon...I really had to push myself to go....so freezing cold....the water was lovely once skin and water met...then of course the opposite happens...I do not want to get out....

The picture of Toby reminds me of a friend of my son's who had a dog just like that....the teeth always looked like a permanent smile on her face....

She certainly looks like she enjoys having her photograph taken too....

off to start dinner...husband out catching up with granddaughter...I am housebound still.....

wishing you and all others passing by on here a peaceful sleep....

perhaps speak tomorrow if you are passing...

take careHeart

Re: Living with Ourselves

almost forgot my picture of the day....

meet my neighbours ....or should I say distant relatives of my neighbours....

my neighbours...there are about 16 of them I think at last count....all wear earrings.....some sort of hardwearing fabric decorated with a number....

they are so beautiful....I adore cows....

Re: Living with Ourselves

@Sophia1

My weekend was average. Just th same old stuff happening.

Mister is obedient when he wants to be.

I'm annoyed at the doctor. He has prescribed me something that will slowly and continually make me gain weight. I'm 140kgs as it is.

I'm annoyed at the other doctor for giving me his wife's psychology services pamphlet. And then tricking me into an appointment with th the psychiatrist. It was malpractice as far as I'm concerned. Now I'm left with no other doctors to see. And the repercussions of what they've done.

They just want people popping pills and coming back for more appointments. It's a conspiracy.

Eude.

Re: Living with Ourselves

Morning @Sophia1 i hope your appointments yesterday went well, or at least okish. I have read many previous posts here just now, and.....have no idea what I have read, though it all made sense while reading...I think. Obviously things are dark in my world, not unusual, but moments of light. What I'm actually trying to say in a very round about way, is I'm thinking of you, better leave it at that while it's making sense....I hope. 💛💕💜😊😊😊

Re: Living with Ourselves

@Maggie dear Maggie thank you for your like. I am sorry that you are feeling so down right now and am hoping that you will have some light, shiny spots fall on you today :). I am looking forward to my first proper run today. Was going to take and early walk but decided that a run later would be better. The bird life is brilliant when I go Galahs were everywhere yesterday and I am hoping the same today. I love watching them and listening to their crazy songs that they make they really are very funny birds.

Re: Living with Ourselves

@Bunniekins Hi little pea. Your run sounds lovely. I had magpies singing in my back yard the other day. They always manage to stop me in my tracks. You've been a busy pea of late, and sounding, I think, like you are in a goodish space atm. Thanks for the tag. Always good to bump into you, however brief or long. 🌸🌺🙃🙃
