Another operation and more recovery - that is hard stuff - I hope you are feeling as if you are on your way to recovery now

I wondered where you were - I might have missed something because I had a couple of days off here and there so it's really good to hear from you again

But you are back on the pain wagon and lack energy and motivation - I totally understand that - I haven't had a operation and I feel much the same with less reason 0_|_]]

I wish you the best and I hear you - you are lost for words - and we all care
