I"m sorry to hear about everything that is happening for you. It must raise some pretty big feelings especially when you've noticed a change in yourself post-fall.

Do you currently have a support network around you? It seems so important at this time as you are recovering.

Have had several calm chats with older son out of hospital

felt incredible

He is coming closer to me in our neurological pathways

my younger son is my hero at the moment

one day at a time

take care all of you with your struggles

do not burn out like me

to hide

from everyone

even myself

I hate hospitals

Have had 6 operations since March 2018 when first started this thread

where else can I hide from myself and this?
