I'm sort of OK, stayingvoutvof hospital. Trying to come to terms with thoughts I've ruined my life, nothing to look fwd to. But psychologist says says that's the depression. Guess its negative. Hoping new antidepressant medication kicks in soon. Thanks for asking. Are you handling today OK? I read hubby is home after a long absence.

Managing in the moment @mandy84 .... it's Easter week and we have a lot on at church if I want to come, and I do, so picked WH up from the airport, dropped him at home and came to church .....

My son2 is struggling with depression but Ai have managed to get him to the dr this week and he will likely go to a psychologist from here .... it is slowly slowly unravelling to reveal the problem, but taking forever .....

Keep your chin up @mandy84 .... you're in the process of making a new start, and the chaos you have come through can build into the foundation of better things .... you have grown in life experience, painfully, but it will give you a powerful voice to help others caught in similar issues and needing support in the future, when you have grown new wings.
