@NikNik what a dismal weekend for us both - at least we can say that one of us will win next week as we are playing each other lol

I predict it will be a Manly win - especially how bad we are playing and seeing as you crushed us a few weeks ago... that's life hey!

I struggled to watch it @Zoe7 .... and I was sitting right in front of it ..... it was abismal .....

haha - the third quarter was their best @Faith-and-Hope but they were lucky to get away with a win today - Carlton played much better than last week! I have a soft spot for Carlton - knew the coach a long time ago - a really nice guy!

I didn’t think either team played particularly well @Zoe7 .... it think it was pot-luck really as to who came out on top ..... but there you go ..... not every game is fantastic, but it makes the cliff-hangers really special.

The Eagles have had some great coaches in their time too.

Yes they have @Faith-and-Hope and some great players too. 

The Carlton coach used to be a teacher! Would not be much different than coaching I would think.

I think 8 have told you before that I am not a huge foitball fan, but I enjoy live performances, which includes sports.  

My parents were both very sporty people, as in team sports ..... I like personal challenge activities.

I remember your mum played softball as I did for a long time. I don't miss playing sport like I used to - but it took a long time for me to not miss playing different sports.
