@Bettinae21 ...... do you have ways of taking care of yourself when the going gets tough ? I try to walk every day and it’s sonethjnf I enjoy, but I have had to prioritise it and make that clear to my family.

I walk on the treadmill and I play loads of music. My daughter enjoys music time. My son and husband are cranky pants but I don’t care anymore, it’s the only thing keeping me sane at the moment.

I have found I have had to disengage a lot in my situation @Bettinae21 ..... but that can leave a lot of empty thought-time ...... it pays to fill it as much as you can with personal interest activities.

I paint when I can ...... and make time to catch up with friends ...... but it’s here on the forums where people really understand, cos they’re living it.

I am glad you have found healthy outlets.

I have to disappear for a while now too.
