I have wonderful PRAISE REPORT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

GOD answered my prayer last night!!

I slept all night, never woke up once, I had no Nite Mares, no Anxiety Attacks, no blocked nose, I had perfect sleep. FIRST time in many years!!

I slept 7 1/2 hours un desturbed!

I prayed yesterday & told GOD I can not take anymore of this, its more than I can handle.

GOD tells us in his Word (Bible) That HE will not give us more than we can handle!! Amen!

I spoke HIS word to HIM & I meant it 100%, & HE Blessed me!!

I trusted HIM & HIS Word!! & HE healed me! Amen!

I needed to tell all of you , so you can decided for yourself, if you want to trust GOD 100%

I did, & will in the future! Amen <><<

Im doing ok @Former-Member not great its on my thread second last page if you want to take a read but today is going ok. Im suppose to be resting but have the jitters so am doing abit of housework but feeling abit off colour physically might be a bug of some sort as ive had temps so just doing some small things.
Bella does anyone ever notice your physical ailments more so your back and neck from injuries?

I have my left hand in a support brace most days as the pain is so bad I cry sometimes.
I limp when I walk as my knees are so damaged inside that walking, & stepping up stares, is so painful I dread doing it most days, but I have to if I want to do anything. 😞
My lower back hurts continually, so I stretch it a lot daily.
My neck hurts & feels stiff at times, & the metal in my neck makes sounds that startle me sometimes. Only I hear the sounds as it very soft.
People do not see anything wrong with me from the outside, so I only get noticed when I start to walk.
I have had some people look at me with compassion & care at the Doctors when I get up off the chair I'm sitting in, as I have to stop quickly. The pain rushes all over the place when I stress the damaged parts, to get off the chair.
Yes people do notice, my physical ailments if they are watching me, my back & knees, & left hand. Not so much my neck tho.

Its the season to catch bugs now, make sure you have the flu vac outlander, as I will be getting it too, ASAP.
Can you have a rest, & something, warm & soothing to drink, & to eat, now. You can do the house work after, it will wait for you!

That is alot to deal with @Former-Member esp the pain. I ask because ive had a few people more recently notice and a few strange looks. I havent been constantly going to the chiro like i was 6 months ago to make myself straighter. My spine that is. I will never actually be straight in my posture and more so it hurts to sit in the better positions. I have a limp when i walk but nothing looks visible and my back is lopsided. One shoulder is quite alot lower than the other one. Kinda feeling like a monkey with one arm being longer than the other. The only way i actually feel abit normal is to rest my left leg (like bend the knee when i standing to take the weight off) but doesnt actually fix anything and just add more pressure the the right leg with all the damages in my foot and knee.
I can walk up and down stairs ok but if theres alot that leg cramps and can feel the muscles pull same as if i walk alot for a period of time rather than shorter more regualr walks and when i ride the exercise bike i can only pedal backwards. Cant ridea horse that much as it puts me out everywhere.
I dont have metal pieces but my neck does pop and grind sounds disgusting but like you im the only one who can hear it and sometimes makes me go white like sick white.
I really self conscious about it. Are you or have you accepted it for what it is? Im probably abit paranoid as ive had people meantion and ask about my posture before and because of my age i should be in the prime of my life not walking around with a limp and like a caveman.

Not a fan of the flu needles so i stay away from them. Im resting atm but no appetite. Housework is nearly done. Just have rhe last load of washing to hang and being them in abit later to fold and put away.

I was born with a foot problem, & I could never run like all the other children without falling over.
I feel over so many times all my life, I think its why I fell down off the top of those stairs, as I lost balance when I too the first step from the top.
Yet, I have always been very strong, we all have something positive to compensate for our faults & weaknesses. What do you think your positive/positives, are?
Yes, I have been self conscious, & a lot paranoid, & inferior most of my life because of my imbalanced walk, I was told by a Doctor one time that I have knock knees, because of fallen arches. He giggled when he told me, so I never went back to him!!!!
That gave me a complex about my legs, yet my mum told me that I have the best legs out of my 4 sisters. Maybe she never noticed, as in high heels you don't notice the knee issue?
Life can be such a pain can't it, now!!!
I don't wear high heels anymore since all this trauma from pain & operations. So I try to wear clothes that cover my knees, as I feel awful about my limping, knees! 😞
