I'm gona drive that 50Km round trip shortly - to see if I can get some of those Bengalese finches.

My surviving Bengalese finch is lonely - he/she needs company (so do I).

Nice day for us today. Hubby and I went to church, then my sister and I went to see a performance that one of our offspring has a part in, then cuppa afterwards.
I slept badly last night, so I'm pretty tired now. Younger Daughter wants to make pizza for dinner, so I need to call her out to get it started, and I'll probably help her make it. 🙂

Hi @Adge, thanks for callout, I haven't seen this thread. Did you find some B.Finches? I didn't know you needed a licence to have finches, gosh. 

My day was God in the sense that I got quite a bit done and had a good chat with my son (who usually doesn't pick up or respond for days). I've planted out some flowers and weeded edges and did the ''weed-n-feed' thing with my fav CD high volume from the car. Went a bit overtime watering so hope neighbours aren't mean. Have never done the W+F lawn before, got it all over my feet grr. 

Resting in bed now, with GG dog beside me, feel bushed. How was your drive?
