Re: Night Shift

For what its worth I knew of a couple blind people over the years. one think was blind from birth. He played guitar at local pub.

another guy who was legally blind worked in a laundry, did weights and liked playing tough guy even though he could barely see. was another one bumped into somewhere he was Judo champion  ie all touch ,speed and aggression. All close in.

So can I ask stupid question ? how to you use the internet/and or Sane site ?

Feelings all over the place.  Social stuff all over the place. Maybe I care too much.

Re: Night Shift

..maybe put yourself first @Appleblossom  ?? ..

Re: Night Shift

@TAB  That’s really good you’ve known some blind people. It’s really impressive thwt one guy was. Judo champion. 🙂

Its not a silly question at all and I don’t mind you asking.

I use software on computer called JAWS. It speak what is written on the screen for me. Then I use voice to text to type up what I want to say back. It’s very good modern technology very big help to be able to use computer, tablet and phone. I got the software through NDIS cause not cheap. I also have a very big magnifier that speaks too so I can read books, magazines, letters etc. The magnifier was nearly $8000 paid by NDIS and I really love it because before I had it was too hard to read books and magazines.
