Re: Night Shift

It's ok. I'm not like no for this world either @Kurra. Thanks for saying hi. I hope you get some sleep soon and your headache is gone when you wake up. 💜🤗😘😴😴😴

Re: Night Shift

Hi @Mazarita @Former-Member @Kurra ..... 🤗💐💕

I have had a busy day on and off the forums .... my Inbox was like the magic cooking pot today .... as much as I reduced it it kept filling up again ,... lol

Got everything done on my to-do list except completing the painting.  Too tired now .... lounging in bed.

Re: Night Shift

@Former-Member, cool that you got a few things done and survived the family dinner. How did it go? I shouted my friend for lunch at an organic/vegan cafe and then we went for a walk on the beach. It was a struggle walking because of asthmatic breathing but glad I went anyway. The rest of the day, I napped twice, was tired all day really even though I've been getting better sleeps last few days.

Re: Night Shift

Thanks @Former-Member @Mazarita.
My light is about to be turned off. 💜

Re: Night Shift

@Faith-and-Hope, the exploding inbox, I know it well, trying to keep it down these days. Awesome that you got through your to do list. I haven't done much video the past few days either, just bits and pieces that have kind of led nowhere so far. Working on one that may take a little while to complete.

Re: Night Shift

Goodnight @Kurra.

You can buy a roll-on peppermint and lavender oil stick from the pharmacy ... it's about half the width of a lipstick tube and 2/3 as long .... rbs some on your temples and on your neck behind your ear lobes .... it works wonders usually.

💜💤

Glad the dinner went okay @Former-Member .... and yeah, would find the sheep upsetting too.

Does walking help with asthma in terms of fitness @Mazarita ?   WH's was linked to dust mite allergy, and S1 to sudden cold air.  Different triggers.  In saying that, once we took outpr selves out of heavy carpets and curtains, haven't seen any for years, so suspect it was dust mites for all of them.  The youngest two were only ever on bare floors and didn't have any asthma at all, no matter how dusty the house actually gets.

Re: Night Shift

I still ended up on my bed a few times today @Mazarita. I'm finding I still need about 8 hours to really make a difference.

I'm glad you had a nice lunch out and got to the beach.

Dinner was really nice. My brother shouted us out to a Thai restaurant. He really is the most gorgeous generous soul. It was great to see him with his nephews.

Re: Night Shift

@Faith-and-Hope, I don't know if walking helps the asthma, can be a real struggle, but it helps other things if I can do it. My asthma is because of smoking (still haven't given up). It might be asthma or it might be COPD, doctor hasn't been able to work it out yet. I don't like carpet for reasons of hayfever and mould.

@Former-Member, that makes the both of us with being on the bed today. I just re-read back a little in the thread and saw your earlier post about the dinner. Thai food can be lovely. What did you have? My favorite is red curry. Really glad to hear it all turned out much better than expected. Smiley Very Happy

Re: Night Shift

Yep me too with the exploding mailbox. Every now and then I think perhaps I'll change my notifications but then it wouldn't be half as much fun watching you catch up @Faith-and-Hope😝😊. I always smile when I 'see' you coming. I'm glad you've had an ok day too.

Re: Night Shift

I had pandan chicken @Mazarita .it was nice but I think the drunken seafood was the pick of the day. It had really beautiful Thai flavours. S4 surprised and tried something new. My brother took us there for a bit of nostalgia as he used to go there 25 years ago. He hasn't lived here for about 25 years now, more than half of that has been overseas.

Im really so pleased you are getting out @Mazarita. I know it's hard but you appear to be enjoying it more than not. I think it's great. 💜🤗
