Re: Night Shift

Thankyou.  I am looking at trips over the last 2 years to visit my family in Canberra, Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane where I didn't get too hyper (a bit but I managed it ok) as  a reassuring indication that I'll cope alright.

Re: Night Shift

That does seem like a good indicator. And also the trip will be short and sweet.

Great chatting with you, thanks again for your company. I'm signing off for tonight. Hope we both get restful sleeps. 🙂

Re: Night Shift

Goodnight and thanks for your company Smiley Happy

Re: Night Shift

Lovely to read your conversation @eth and @Mazarita

I still have not been able to sleep ... I try but get so anxious about early starts.

Re: Night Shift

Looks like I can't sleep yet either @Appleblossom.  Went to bed for nearly an hour and lay there doing my deep breathing but it didn't work.  I can only stay in bed for so long when my mind is active.  What do you have to do tomorrow?

Re: Night Shift

catching the train into the city for a choir rehearsal ... Saturday and then Sunday ... it will be with my old church choir

Re: Night Shift

That sounds like it's definitely worth getting up for @Appleblossom.  Singing is so uplifting.  I guess it's going to be another nanna nap afternoon - for me too!

Re: Night Shift

It is the main early morning event I have had to worry about for a long time ... I have been active a lot more but still mind just whirrs and whirrs.

Nanna naps are part of life now. Woman Happy  It is kind of nice to chat though in the middle of the night. @eth I enjoyed your conversation about managing your mood ...

Re: Night Shift

@Appleblossom it might seem like I talk about it too often in these forums but it's pretty much my whole focus these days since I'm not working.  Do you work?

Re: Night Shift

I didnt think you were talking too much about it ... as I dont have a clear diagnosis and havent had conversations in that way I found it genuinely interesting.

I keep busy

 I feel like I work hard ...
