Re: Night Shift

Even in this cyberworld I find myself looking for quieter places. In this corner of cyberspace there are so many different souls. Some may see them as broken, but they still work so they cannot be, there in a different shape because that's how they were moulded. They are just as unique as the next soul. I don't think souls really differ, it's the experiences that change the shape that they reside in.

I think there needs to be a lot failures to make a success. So I like to think I'm making up the numbers to help someone else suceed. Then my life has not been wasted, I have been useful and helped.

Re: Night Shift

Hi @Former-Member - I'm really enjoying reading your posts. They're so thoughtful. It's interesting to think of a cyberworld as having corners and being busy enough to want to seek a quieter place within it. It's amazing the way an online space can be created and shaped by the different people who occupy it. Different online spaces having different 'feels' to them is so real. Love it 🙂

Re: Night Shift

Hello @Shaz51, I'm Ok. Actually I've had a little 'moment', I've been looking for a little white box that I had some poems I'd written in, when I came across a little yellow box. I thought I must have just remembered the colour wrong, but when I opened it up and started reading, it wasn't my poems. It was the most, most beautiful thing to stumble across, .. it was letters from my child when they were a teenager, letters full of love. The saddest thing for me though, is that I have absolutely no recollection of them at all, nothing. And it caused a 'moment', that moment has passed now and I'm able to feel gratitude, the best kind of it. I am grateful to myself for putting these precious letters safely away in a box. I can't remember, I don't think it's physically possible, but the evidence of my childs love can be seen with my own eyes.
