..having last gasp of summer here yest and today..lists of 'to-do's well and to don'ts growing lol. No work last week, was/am sore, so wasn't chasing any, managed a few long walks during week and had multiple hot baths 🛀 re achiness, gave in and had a professional have a look yest, things a bit ravaged, they said give it a week to settle before next visit. Bills due, am wont to fork out hard earned but will have to today to stay legal re car etc. Hope you are okay @utopia. @Faith-and-Hope playing ducks and drakes re wknd getaway. Have figured it out, well she set the puzzle lol. Not blabbing of course.I should go away for weekend myself after more work tho maybe 😸

@TAB. I'm good today. A few up and down moments over the past few weeks. To be expected I suppose.
What's happened to your body? Why are you sore?
Yes it suxs having to use our hard earned momey on boring things like bills. Instead of good things like holidays and icecream and chocolate. Lol

What a bugger - re your back. Especially as your work is physical. I guess the doctor/physio said rest and gentle exercise.
So what are your plans for today?
I've been to the shops and bought the basics and got my tattslotto ticket. Fingers crossed there.

If had work would get through it would just delay recovery. Not mentioning it to anyone re work. Just off for stroll to shops now re papers ..epsom salts for bath plus lotto ..yes..

All done and thanks @utopia ..even doubled walk by deciding to go to different shops, walking past home for another 15mins sweat. So total of 40. Ok for intending to do zero lol. Plus walk usually over with by 7am latest re temp
