Maybe just go easy on yourself today @Glisten I have had to learn to be kind to myself in terms of my capacities in the past. I used to get impatient with what I could do and couldn't do. It would be nice to enjoy a deep nights unbroken sleep for a change. I'll be pacing myself today! If I do Zenchi before bed my sleep is deeper as well as using magnesium oil on my skin. Must do that tonight!

So true @SmilingGecko
I keep forgetting to purchase magnesium oil.
Do you find that it is a bit burny when you apply it to your skin?
No @Glisten magnesium oil is ok on your skin. I do enough squirts in my hand to glide over my torso and just rub it into my skin. I've never had issues with it such as burning which you mentioned. Have you used it before? I don't know why you keep waking up all hours of the night. Something to get checked maybe. I have an overactive bladder which means I wake up in the middle of the night to pee. Getting like a grandma lol Theres no cure. Might have to try Rife on my bladder next.

@SmilingGecko Yes I use to use Magnesium oil frequently.
My friend who is a retired obstetrician said the same thing about the burning sensation.
Either very sensitive skin or it’s got to do with the brand of oil.
My sleep - I’m out of medication. But Saturday night didn’t help.
Honestly I need to go back on HRT.

@Glisten Ancient Minerals is a better brand on the market no heavy metals and contaminants. It was recommended to people by an online healer. Many of these other brands have all kinds of things in them. My skin is sensitive but never had an issue with magnesium oil. I hope you get a good nights sleep tonight. It must be so hard for you waking up constantly. I had a reasonably good menopause and some hot flushes to begin with but it settled. I never needed HRT but recognise some women really need it. Had a friend that would have to sit in a chair with fan facing her because of the hot flushes it can be really bad! Anyway i'm doing today what I said I'd do yesterday - clean the kitchen! Next throw out recyclables!

@SmilingGecko my daughter’s mother in law, her menopause was so bad that she was incapable of taking care of herself.
Placed in a MH hospital unit until an obstetrician worked out what was causing the problem.
Peri-menopause made me catatonic.
I still get hot flashes at night.
I wish there was an estrogen pool to float around in for a few hours.

OMG @Glisten that sounds awful. I'm sorry you have to put up with that. Hormones can be so out of control. I don't know why I had a good menopause. I did see Christiane Northrup womens health pioneer on Oprah and she believes menopause actually starts way back in your 30's. She recommended a wholefood diet but another healer I know of indicated it was more complex than that. I had a wholefood diet from then on and limited my consumption of treats. I can't imagine how hard it would be living with a difficult menopause. Literal catatonia states and menopause sounds serious if you ask me.
