@NikNik, if you want to practice mindfullness look up Tara Brach on youtube, she is kind of a guru on mindfullness.

@PeppiPatty I also got really burnt out (compassion fatigue) but have now had several years of just looking after myself and am also a lot more stable with my health currently. These forums and some facebook groups and another online forum I'm in are helping me realise I have still got something to offer and that my life experiences and the resources I've used to cope better could well help others, as long as I find the right way to do it.

It seems like everyone out there has gone quiet for the night. I'll leave this on in case anyone comes back. Have just been looking at the Night Shift forum - I'll probably appear there sometime too.

Hi @eth. I'm still online. Glad to hear you might come visit the night shift discussion too. What are you up to at the moment aside from computing? I'm listening to TV, a show about Pablo Escobar. Not really following the plot, just listening to the soundtrack as I type.

I'm doing exactly the same as you @Mazarita! I tend to leave the tv on for background noise but I find there's usually nothing much worth watching on freeTV on Friday night so I let my emails build up for a couple of days and catch up on them as well as doing this. I guess I really could play some music instead! Was just looking at Ask Anything Monday. Feeling good that I haven't needed to post in When Something's Not Right for ages.
