Re: The Weekly Friday Feast

Yes @Former-Member 2 days is in fact a massive achievement. I have even had fleeting thoughts that I can make it for the whole week. I've been with my husband for 18 years, but I am terrified that he won't support me. I think I am so ashamed.

Hi @Shaz51, @Former-Member

For me easter is a time for recovery, recuperation.

I'm not big on consumption places (as far as I know) so tend to avoid the commercial aspects.

Had a chat to someone about bible study...

Re: The Weekly Friday Feast

Hello @BamBam, how are you feeling now ?

About bible study --that sounds interesting Heart

Re: The Weekly Friday Feast

Sorry @BamBam if i offended you, i struggle with religion as i was abused by a nun when i was 8 for a whole year. i have not liked religion since.

I will try to be more mindful in the future. please accept my appologies.

Watching American Hustle...

Was reading AND listening to music late this afternoon to try to keep the anxiety at bay...

Had many more interactions with my "mother in law" today too - any social interaction can cause anxiety...

Namaste,

Re: The Weekly Friday Feast

Hi @Jacques, that is not religion, --- that is mankind -- that nun was not a  christian person

sending you hugs @Jacques

Re: The Weekly Friday Feast

maybe you are right @Shaz51, she was always quoting religion when she was abusing me, so i have mentally linked the two together, my cousin is very religious and said the same thing @Shaz51, i just struggle to accpt it and seperate the two.
