Problem could also be the story line itself. It is a bit sluggish, which is why I added faries, elfs, gnomes to broaden it bit and do some fun stuff.
I've got a guys story ready - just for the fellas. "Sooty joins the Roman Legions". There is a lot of yelling in it (no swearing in it)...it is the army after all.

Chin up girl. We'll see how it goes for a bit longer before you pull the pin.

Oh dear it is a bit grim.  Well give a it few more days, I can save 'Sooty joins the Roman Legions' because I don't think we have any fellas left, except moi nad Geoffrey Rush. Maybe a vignette in the next plot line. If you decide to go that way. This is your baby so its your call. I'll suport whatever you decide to do, just I'm not around much.

Thank you all for getting back to me.

I think that perhaps @Adge might be still interested just a little worn out at present.

Also others hence I tried to write it into the story about the meeting.

I am not feeling glum or grim at all laugh @Flax 

I am just thinking why keep on writing a story to myself 😁

Supports are always welcome but do not keep the flow of the story continuing.

Hence, if going nowhere better to be honest and ask; am always about being open and honest.

No harm done at all. Just my way of expressing myself.

We have several still interested which is great.

I agree the story did become boring, written by self mainly in latter days to several leaving for their own reasons which are totally understood by me.

I do not feel that people should feel obliged to keep on following.

So as far as storyline goes. 

I have had one suggestion from Meggle re licence plate.

I have another suggestion or several from Flax re Roman army which could become very involved if you are not on here that often.

We could actually just start a completely different story.

How about that folks? 

I also understand at the same time we are not a writing group forum we are people visiting and responding to the Lived Experience side of Sane.

So it is not going to flow like something about to be published.....

Let's just get back to some fun.

Any ideas?......

@Oaktree did you know that there is a meggles shall I invite them as well? no better not.....

If I was Tigger - I would be totally "Bounceless".

Mostly physical, also one emotional setback after another.

Unusual for me to be on the forums at this time. I was writing to exoplanet.

Then I found your support.

I have read about your ordeal with the vaccine situation. The problem is that our country, no country is prepared for some dreadful life threatening virus that can mutate. This country has done far better in closing borders. Then again the population and built up areas is vastly different in comparison.

I hope that you have not had any symptoms. My husband did not. I also hope that this will ease your anxiety somewhat for a while also. I am not sure if Perth is still in lockdown or not.

I love Perth. Would love to live there if did not have family here.

What are your thoughts in continuing to contribute to a story about something in a lighthearted, fun, silly way.

Are you still interested or bored or just too busy?

I am trying to work out where to go from here because I felt as though there were just two of us writing in the end.

I am just trying to find out from everyone who hits support what they want to do moving forward.

What are your thoughts?

You can see that my computer skills are still lacking despite some persistence in training from @HenryX

Yes I can totally understand how depleting that must feel. I remember attending a job provider interview with my younger son who had just finished some government incentive apprenticeship, leading nowhere except unpaid labour. To cut a long story short I marched into centrelink with him, calmly but firmly explaining the situation and then the job provider as well and he received a substantial amount of backpay.

Keeping calm, assertive and persistent can pay off at times. Not always.

These days, I am still assertive, persistent alongside my anxiety. I still get heard.

It is very tiring though and if you do not have the energy to follow through with being assertive I understand that also.

ps I had noticed your suggestion about the license plate; at the same time was questioning whether any others were continuing. Would you still want to write to a sinking ship so to speak?

No I will definitely not win any literary prices or as a group at this stage as all  over the place then again we are on a lived experience forum of Sane so why should we expect otherwise.

I would be the first to confuse many.

We can try and have some fun though if we want to and that is what I am trying to establish. So am thrilled to hear that you also are still interested.

Have no idea at this present time where the story is going.

As you can imagine receiving different messages from different people at varying times with different suggestions is somewhat mind boggling.

I am still not glum or grim though a someone thought, not knowing me.

Purely my way of expressing myself is different to others which is fine as I can laugh at myself.

So we shall go onwards.

If you would like to say whether or not you would like to be involved in a different story, for my part, still fun, not too serious, please do so or if you want to continue on with the same i need to confirm with others. If you are open to anything that would be graciously accepted and make life so very much easier with this form of communication.

so if my finger still work I am surmising that there might be six definites as follows just to confirm.

Yes still trying to get definites.

Like trying to organise the christmas dinner outing at work.

I did it for several years then got fed up of having folder 1 folder 2 (as folder 1 has gone missing), hunting down folder 2 to find sitting in person's work basket on top of prior folder 1.

Enthusiasm lacking from majority I cannot begin to put into words.

Then criticisms suddenly forthcoming from every direction when final venue chosen with menus and price lists.

So once again without further ado, (no not glum or grim....my dry humour), there are including myself the following definites:
