Understand that it is going to be scary and probably anxiety provoking too.

All that responsibility is placed back onto us. Have to face reality again, face the outside world, face all those day to day things we have to do again.

Maybe just take it one step at a time hon. Even just hour by hour if needed.

I think we are just able to deal with things better. To be in a better head space.
