Re: Really wobbly

Hello @frog I'm glad you're coping tho it feels such a struggle sometimes.  I hope the work situation eases for you somehow.  I only managed a 4day week. Housing seems really tight in some areas atm - hope you can get that sorted too.

Best wishes,

Dimity

Re: Really wobbly

It's hard to keep going. I am getting waves of 'I'm a bad person' thoughts, and just overwhelming 'want to cry' feelings. No danger, but struggling and yet again really wobbly.

Re: Really wobbly

Sending a virtual hug @frog . It's hard to silence the negative self talk sometimes, i need someone to bounce off when I'm low. Take care.

Re: Really wobbly

Hey there @frog

Can I ask, have you allowed yourself to have a good cry? Sometimes that can be somewhat of a release for me when I’m feeling on the precipice of those ‘ want to cry’ feelings.

Have you managed to find any supports around your work situation?

Here popping by offering to sit virtually beside you 💛
