It sounds like people don't actually explain to you what it is that they can't cope with either. I guess it is probably essentially you, just like it's essentially me. I'm glad you have your partner and kids.

Thanks @Phoenix_Rising..... I’m glad and I know I’m lucky to have my partner and kids... I know I’ve put them through hell at times but I also know they love and care for me. I wouldn’t be here if they didn’t ...true story

How does anyone live with the objective reality that no one can stand being around them? How do I feel ok about being me? How do I live my life in utter isolation? How do I live as me????

I know the diggingest dog from my childhood @Former-Member. I have read hundreds of books to my five kids. At the moment I’m folding a large pile of laundry and contemplating what I have just disclosed to the SANE community😣

I really enjoy the Diggiest Dog, I have an old copy of the book too, I'm not really sure where it came from but it's loevly and has had many owners before us. It has the names of five people and some with their class number and letter next to it such as 1H. We've added our kids names to it also, a book with many lives 🙂

How are you feeling about that @Catcakes? I'm here if you'd like to talk about it at all or we can leave it alone also. I'm going to leave it with you to see what feels right for you, but I'm here 🙂

I was living all of my life alone...

But I can't fix it and no one has the time or energy to help me get out of the hole.
