I'm here @Faith-and-Hope. It's been a very busy time for me during the last couple of weeks. I've put a holding deposit on a 2 bed single level townhouse in an Over 55s rural village. It will be a welcome move back to the bush. I've just got to cross my fingers that I can get the bridging finance or at least use my equity in this house.

Oh my dear @Former-Member! How I dread the decluttering process and the packing ahead of me ........ Ugh ......
