Re: is it really worth it

In the past few months ive been to a chiropractor with continued treatment and was diagnosed with a hip that will never be full right, neck and back degeneration already, a disk in my neck that slighlty bulges, and the top of my neck likes to roate so doesnt sit properly.

ive been to the gp psychologist and psychiatrist which have diagnosed me with severe ptsd, severe gad, social phobia, severe depression and insomnia.

ive been to a physiotherapist for an old ankle injury decided to gice this up but i went a few times

now i go to an osteopath for both my ankle anjury and my neck as i was starting to find the chiro was making matters worse still continued treatment

now ive got to see a podiatrist for my foot and i continue to see them

i also have a naturopath who deals with sleep and supliments. i continue to see them

ive also got a nutritionist so i could get balanced diet and continue to see her

then i have my gp who i have to see every week

ive also got my massage therapist wh if i dont use then my muscles get extremley tight and i get migraines

ive also been alerted later in life i could end up with liver/kidney issues and end up with gall stones as well. so i now have to be mindful of that.

ive also been to the optomestrist today and got few tests done. i need glasses for most of the time and with my family history could end up with cateracts or glaucoma

Re: is it really worth it

Glad things are a bit better this afternoon @Former-Member!

I was feeling a bit under the weather this morning, have a cold and sore neck as well which doesnt help. But forced myself out with the kids and played some footy/went to the dog park, feeling more energetic this afternoon! Have prepped a roast and cleaned etc! now organising some work stuff.

What's your plan for the rest of today?

Try and find a way to get your med needs met.

I knew a guy who became a quadriplegic who was also a guru and inspiration.  knowing him and his family kinda pricked me into gear.

Living with our abilities and disabilities .. is a challenge.
