ive been around but a little quiet @hanami sometimes its easier to be quiet then to try and talk about whats going on. ive also been tired and my old traumas have been popping up to haunt me, i also just sold my new horse so its been tough. between work and family and studying ive not has as much time to talk on here

@outlander I'm sorry to hear about the old traumas and being tired. That must be exhausting and yes it's often easier to say nothing. Silence often brings me peace too in stressful time. I feel that more especially as I get older. 

Sorry about your horse too. That must have been hard.

I've been pretty good, thank you. Busy with family stuff but mostly good stuff.
