sorry about interrupting yet again the sabbatical.

just needed to respond to your post to me.

Lioness woke up wearing tutu, dressed by corset wearing waitress that does not do much work and has purple hair took it upon herself to decorate the place including the lioness.

Now I don't know if ye all know much about lioness and lion kingdoms.

They do not like wearing clothing especially frilly, itchy yes corsets or tutus.

Circus....ouch...sacrilege to the lion kingdom who roam freely in the sahara plains and mountain ranges.

Best not make the lioness roar ...Deafening....

call for relatives...

frightening....when lion prides burst into town defending one of their own.

Now Big Chief and Little Foot ....actually just thought of these names from way back yonder .

I am totally lost in Toon Town

We have farming

Planting

Dentistry

Liver transplants

Easter egg hunts

I can't work out which is Toon Town and which is whatever laugh

I really need to ask tonys if he has had a liver transplant or was he in Toon Town.

I can't tell the difference anymore.

That is why we need Oh mighty one Sherriff laugh.

Are you up to this.

I do have to jump in shower soon too but will be here for next 20 minutes.

Perhaps you could give a very quick overview of Toon Town at start as I have caught up since purple hair waitress wearing corset but not clearing up glasses with Tonys asleep at bar.

This sheriff is not here to be worshipped or even listened to, let alone attempt to boss around the loons of toon town! She is simply here to help protect the citizens from harm if ever they need her. (She'll have to sober up first) So far she's just a normal citizen. I'm not here to police the ruffians in this western dive bar, this lazy sheriff is on the take, spends most her time in the saloon trying to put drink @tonys....

Apologies to you @Sophia1, for assuming the tutu was your own choice of dress. You are majestic. A fierce lion could perhaps do a better job than a crooked sheriff methinks.

As for an overview of this thread? Support, friendship, sharing, and totally incomprehensible absurdity and nonsense, viewed through a distorted lens of the wild west. I rarely know what's real and what's metaphor but that's half the fun. If you're curiousjust ask, nobody will mind 🙂

But really I think it can and will meander in any direction it wishes, for as long as it remains a safe, supportive space.

What do you feel about this peculiar thread @tonys @Oaktree? how would you describe this little home we've dreamed up for ourselves?

Oh no need to apologise as no offense taken.

Lioness and Sophia1 have very dry unique sense of humour that most do not recognise.

Good to know @Sophia1, knowing you have a dry sense of humour will give me the opportunity to laugh at the posts in this thread even more.

I forgot to mention this in my overview of the thread, tonys and I wandered the world for a while, never quite settling, looking for a place to call home. We lived on an jungle island for a while but then the panthers came and the sharks started to circle. Then came our saviour meggle, who arrived on a raft, brought us here and gave us a place to be silly.

Totally missed your story somehow, just went back and read it. Bipolar is so hard isn’t it? Your story resonates with me. 
I was also diagnosed with bipolar at 19 so we have some similarities there. I am a Mormon though so although I drink a glass of whiskey in our saloon in real life I don’t drink any alcohol nor tea and coffee. Miss having the odd cappuccino though. 
Thank you for sharing parts of your story but as @tonys says you really don’t have to. It’s more fun to stay in our make believe world anyway. Let’s all jump on our nags and ride out into your desert and make a campfire. We can make damper, billy tea and have a good ole yarn! Glad to see you back in Toon Town Sheriff! Hope you stay a while but I will leave that to you. If it feels good then visit but if it doesn’t look after yourself out in that desert of yours.

The music is beautiful! I could have it playing in the background all day. I started playing it, put the phone in my back pocket and went outside into the sunshine to water my seeds and a few plants. My mint needs a haircut and my lime tree has new shoots. 

I will do you a favour and stop putting tutu’s on you as I can see that you are too majestic a creature to put up with that nonsense. I didn’t mean any harm, I just thought you would look pretty. I bet if I dyed your fur with rainbow patches of food colouring that would be pretty too but it would probably make you mad! Lol. 

@LeChuck was it you that said my being married 30 years gave you hope or was that someone else? I am getting muddled! 

I can’t remember if it was on this thread or someplace else. I will look back and see…
