My Daily Metabolic Report
The alarm goes off at 630 hrs and depending on the Snooze Button I get up ad n1 have breakfast or I have cold shower and wash myself. Breakfast is both gluten and lactose free. I have a Voost Energisers multi vitamin. Yesterday I purchased and started have my version of Bullet Proof Coffee using coconut milk. Each Coffee at home saves seven dollars. Once I’ve finish showering, I wipe the panels down with funnel. The last thing I do, is use the foot towel to dry the glass panels dry. After my morning shower, shave I attend to eye drops and as directed wash my eyelids.
With my morning routine I take my morning meds directly after breakfast. Its a daily commitment to my Self Care umbrella goals. I try and dress appropriately and negotiate significant changes in the daily weather patterns. I take my morning walk and my afternoon walk which complete the Apple Circle [edited by moderators]. I maintain adequate hydration carrying a water bottle with me, inclusive of my headphones that are paired to my iPhone. My shoulder nap sack has a number of body maintenance
The period between coming home from my morning walk, to lunch time spend my time on the computer. Yoga Nidra is and afternoon therapeutic, the binaural acoustic technology from Centrepointe in America which I have been using over twenty years. The neuroplasticity determined by rigorous undertakings that are the changed me. I like stewing Pink Lady apples and Rhubarb for both my breakfast and desert.
I enjoy swimming but cuts to my body are waiting to heal. More, the massive storms we had two weeks ago resulted in a higher turbidity and sporadic floating in the swimming zone. I like to help the pier clean and sometimes I collect and bin rubbish. I’m hoping on improved conditions shortly.
Currently, lunch is rice chicken and beef flavouring in a paper cup packaging. Also the is one med at lunchtime. I like a tidy home, I’ve stated mopping the floor and vacuum on the weekends. I wash when I need to. I have started drying my washed clothes on the rack in the spare bedroom.
Sometimes I listen to podcasts specially EcoShock and Democracy Now. I like most of all music, both on my phone and YouTube on the OLED TV screen.I’m signal with no partner prospects. I’n in now gay et al chatrooms. They are contra to my desire for aa loving partner.
After lunch is more steps as under a visitation to my osteopath. Sometimes it’s Yoga Nidra or sometimes its a trip into the city and hour long walk back to the flat. Its had a coat of paint and update of all appliances. There are things that need attention.
I cook mostly raw vegetables and different types of protein. I have discovered ‘Box’ type meal kits. I used to heat in the oven and have chips: now its a self cooked meal. I hydrate with Ginger Cordial, I’m almost completely no alcohol no drugs no tobacco. All the trappings of adulthood acknowledging the seemingly regressed state I live in.
After dinner I put things in the dishwasher and hand wash others like pots and pans. Exercise and Diet are the balance mechanism that help keep stable. Good food be healthy keep walking.
After the benches are wiped down, off come the clothes and I have a cold shower, which is helping me manage my multifaceted PTSD. After drying - rigorous I apply Volartin 12 hours relief to all joints that are occupied by walk, left unattended waking up in screaming pain is no good any way you can look at it. I’m over moves I prefer interesting Youtube. I’m mostly in bed or on it between 9:30 and 10:30pm. The natural melatonin with other meds is powerful sleeper.
