@EternalFlower

How are things today?

Parking tickets are a bummer any time.

Regarding your cw if you are not legally obligated because of a treatment order.  Can you look for another service or person or style of MH support that would suit you  I have been afraid to disconnect from a person or a service as sometimes some connection is better than nothing, but eventually worked my way to something better.  I know people who are stuck in bad services due to legalities, even that is wrong, as the taxpayer funds those services, they ought to be effective, for more than box ticking.

I am having a 'bad back' few days and feeling grumbly.  Freaked out yesterday when son seemed to have gone missing but he turned up later, just forgot to tell me about a meeting, so it was alright.

It can be upsetting to get posts removed.  Dont take it too seriously as a major problem. In my experience the Sane team tries to balance their responsibility to the general community with their responsibility to individual users.  I have had many posts where they asked me to change something.  Sometimes I do, sometimes I do not have time and let it ride.  At first I got upset but, learned it did not prevent me from being involved and eventually let it go.

Not sure if you have any trauma in your background

Re: Trying makes it worse

Hi!  How are you today? @EternalFlower
I read that you struggle with cptsd. I do also. I struggle with sleep and nightmares. It is very draining. 🌷

Re: Trying makes it worse

Hi @Appleblossom I have complex ptsd, a diagnosis given to me by my psychiatrist but the truth is I know I have this.

I was very afraid to leave the service because I felt decent and I access a lot of good stuff there, like psychology or other things, but I have only just now, switched into realising even though I don't pay, they are still paid to help us and that's their role, and they're failing

And I have a lot of proof really, I mean they just gave me a list of rules, why now? I've been with the service nearly a year.

The rules says I need weekly appointments, ends, in the past year I've had about four or five???

So I'm not afraid of them, and I will see if they can do better otherwise I need to explore

How are u doing and how is Ur day?? Xx

Re: Trying makes it worse

Hi @Former-Member my ptsd is very bad ATM

I'm sorry u suffering with this too. It must be tiring

Re: Trying makes it worse

Hi @Appleblossom hope Ur back is ok

@TAB good luck for tomorrow, and hi to u!

I was in touch with a few ppl from the past this weekend...,super triggering, and not too nice.

It will be nice to get back to normal tomorrow I have a group again, which I slept through last week.

I'll hopefully not miss it again!

The group is nice, we learn skills for distress etc. I find them helpful.

I have requested my case notes from the hopsital, as I believe my case manager has not really been honest about what has been happening.

Trying to move on and find joy where I can. The cold does really suck so like @Appleblossom what u said about being proactive.

Take care all

Re: Trying makes it worse

Hi @EternalFlower and thanks
Hope your group goes okay
