I had a meeting today with cm, she didn't say a word, we were present with others and she sat back in silence.

Funny gal.

Her role is meant to be to help and support me in the meeting and she didn't do that at all.

I'm feeling better and more bright.

How are you? We have hardly chatted lately. 

I have been ok... Whatever that means! My usual self. I started watching a new show this week! It's called 'Colony' . It's a bit of a sci-fi, apocalyptic style. I'm not usually into sci fi, it's ok tho.

Trying to keep warm in this weather. I prefer winter, & then I end up complaining that I'm too cold.

Good to hear you were feeling brighter and better.  Topsy turvy sleep cycles can be difficult to regulate.

You got thru session with cm.  Hope the purpose of meeting went well for you.

I have been watching shows and trying to clean.

I put out a box of books as a donation on the cerb today, I am very attached to books

Cm is absent which is good for me.

I spoke to a worker in her place who wss friendly and efficient.

Made cauli and broccoli cheese and meat pies... good to have the oven on.

Today & tmrw ... its just jumbo salad, avo and apple beet leaves and corned beef.

Just picked up a friend from hospital.  He is under 50 kgs and he is tall....  Frail elderly and cancer remission.

I am doing alright.  Have 2 health appointments tmrw.  Support co-ordinator and prospective MH counsellor.  My physio is back so that will be Friday.

Just keep doing the right thing, including the right thing for YOU.

Today I ran into cm on the street and she verbally attacked me.

She lectured me on calling her too often (?)

In public, on a busy street where I was walking

It is odd she became do dysregulated. I am shocked at her rudeness.

I become a bit like traumatised child around her and forget my rights, but I did set a boundary and say I wasn't getting into the matter on the street.

I can only imagine if I behaved that way what she would do.

Hope Ur doing OK and keeping warm, lots of layers?

I hope to get some warm socks and pjs, try and treat myself. I have an incense burner going with some sweet smells.

@EternalFlower  Good to hear from you.  Sounds like she has issues. It can help to flip the language around, and apply some of the concepts back onto staff, when appropriate.

I found singlets and spencers worth it, and Fingerless gloves and finally got my ugg boots.

I am flat on my back atm.  Recently figured out it was best position for me to use computer. Yes layered up. Did couple hours of heavy gardening at physios.  Watched a show with my son and got a hug!

I've been having such internet problems, and the hospital actually gave me a device I can use for my mh, a laptop, and then they recalled it and I was meant to give it back.

I've been upset and not had as easy ability to reply.

I hope u are keeping warm and cosy ✨ I know what u mean i look forward to winter but when it comes I can't cope

I like to go to the park in a big coat and defy the cold 🧊 ❄
