Some people kee a Coping Box full of lovely things for when they need a pick-me-up .... music choices, lovely hand cream, a bath-fizz-thingy, favourite chocolate bar, drawing stuff, book of positive quotes, some favourite photos ......

my mr shaz suffers wtih Bipolar IIand it is hard to keep postive
it is hard at times and very draining my friend
is there little self care that you can turn too at these times
I find have a soak, or a cuppa outside , reading a magazine on the verandra
