@Bee36 yoga is the best! I miss it. Hard to find a peaceful space to do this ATM. Specially with young children about. One day I will take it up again 🙂

Yes quite difficult @Healandlove... I only had my youngest home today so it was a little easier then the usual chaos...it is so great though I hope you find your way back to it, just as I am trying to also...

Hello everyone and thank you to @cloudcore for creating this wonderful thread, what a brilliant idea!

 

     1) How are you feeling?

8 - feeling good

     2) What is one thing you have struggled with, and one thing you have done well?

I struggled with getting out of bed this morning as I've had a busy week, but I did it! And I am focussing really hard on being present today.

     3) What is one nice thing you can do for yourself today?

I plan on doing a face mask with a nice candle on later this evening.

These days with so much happening that forgetting to look after ourselves is often, a thread like this one is a great reminder to check in -  it’s nice to remind each other and ourselves how good it is to take a sec for care and wellbeing 🙂💜🌺

Today I feel a 4.

 

We had a difficult couple psychologist session yesterday.  My husband is detached today and has re-treated to his own world. It feels very lonely in this marriage at times. Sometimes I wonder if time away from each other may brings us closer. But it's not really an option with young kids.

 

I am very sad today. I have my own therapist session later today. Hopefully that might help me.

A little slower start today for me, but momentum is growing and I’m getting stuff done, thank you kindly for asking 🙂

I’m so sorry to hear things are hard for you guys, and it’s impacting on your relationship ❤️‍🩹

I’m divorced, so I have some understanding of how hard things can be at times in a long term relationship ❤️‍🩹

I’m sorry you’re feeling sad, however I just want to say gently that I’m sitting with you, sharing this space🌺💜

@Former-Member thank you so much for your message and sitting with me. Seeing my therapist helped a lot today. I will start EMDR next month to help me with some extended family loss due to my husband's cptsd as well as my extended family own issues. 

We did a little bit of it today tapping into some memories and feelings and I can already feel something is different in me.

With my husband we are still hanging on and I hope we will come out of this together and OK. He does his own therapy with a trauma specialist and we do couple counselling. 

Thank you again for being with me. I am glad you got momentum and can progress through the day. There's a big sense of accomplishment when we tick things off. I can only imagine the challenge that is divorce. I am glad you are here and that you got through it.
