Hi Jacques I don't think I'll be around today I've been up all night with my daughter, she's been vomiting.I'll take her to the doctors then I have to take my other daughter to the psychologist.

Thanks for the support.

I'm thinking of you.

Re: 14th year house bound

hi My angel, we'll I had a lazy day today, I slept the whole day, I had no energy at all.  it is becoming worrying.

tonight I made a speaker box to put out the back of the shed, so I can listen to music while on my sunlounge.

tonight was sausages with cabbage and mash potatoe's.

How did you go today, I felt so sorry for you, all that running around.  I do hope you are getting some rest tonight.

Re: 14th year house bound

Oh my angel, I really missed you too,  I was waiting all afternoon to see how you are.

I can totally understand you are exhausted with all the running about, I would be too.

Oh Karen that will be fantastic, is it an animal sanctuary?  I hope you enjoy the day, you are such a good mum doing all these things for your girls, it must be such a help to the teachers too.

Re: 14th year house bound

Yes it's an animal sanctuary. It's her first time on a bus so she's really excited. It's only 20 minutes from her school so not too far.

It will also be her first night away from home. I'm really nervous for her.

Re: 14th year house bound

Oh wow that will be exciting for her, I know how much she loves animals from what you have told me, it is good it is so close, so not so much driving for you, I know you will struggle with so many people, but hang in their.

Oh wow, first night away from home, I hope she handles it better than me, mum and dad had to pick me up at 11pm when I went on my first and only excersion.

I do hope tomorrow and tomorrow night go well for her, and we'll for you too, I know you will worry about her, I am sure the teachers will look after her.

How are you doing tonight? I can imagine you are struggling with being so busy and what not.

Re: 14th year house bound

Exhausted it's so hard to battle the dark stuff when I'm so busy, overwhelmed and physically and emotionally spent.

Don't be too hard on yourself j if your body is telling you to rest you must need it.

Re: 14th year house bound

I know is must be so difficult, you never seem to get a break, I hope talking to me helps with all the dark stuff, it does help to get it out.

Yes you may be right, I don't know what is wrong with me but month after month I am getting less and less energy, I don't exercise at all anymore, and struggle just to get up of a morning.

Re: 14th year house bound

I'm the same j I drag myself out of bed if it wasn't for the girls I wouldn't bother. I watch my fitness diminish my muscles and joints ache. Even just walking now seems such an effort.

I don't know what's happening to me. I used to walk 10 km a day. Now just standing is an effort.

It's awful feeling this way and no one can answer what is going on. It's so frustrating.
